ONK'u kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul edersin. Lütfen dikkatle oku.

🩺 Sağlık & Güvenlik: ONK bir doktor veya tıbbi tanı cihazı değildir. Kendini zorlama, ağrı hissedersen dur ve hekimine danış.

🔒 Gizlilik & Sahiplik: Verilerin senin cihazında yaşar, satılmaz veya bulutumuza çekilmez.

📜 Kullanım Hakkı: Uygulamayı kişisel sağlığın için dilediğince kullanabilirsin; kopyalama veya kötüye kullanım yasaktır.

1. Kabul

ONK uygulamasını indirip kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.

2. Uygulamanın Amacı & Tıbbi Sorumluluk Reddi (Medical Disclaimer)

ONK; yürüyüş, aerobik aktivite, Zone 2 nabız bölgeleri ve duruş konusunda seni nazikçe destekleyen bir genel iyi-yaşam (wellness) yardımcısıdır. Verilerini görselleştirir ve istatistiki içgörüler sunar.

⚠️ ZORUNLU TIBBİ UYARI VE DOKTORA DANIŞMA BİLGİLENDİRMESİ: ONK bir tıbbi cihaz, teşhis veya tedavi aracı değildir. Teşhis, tedavi, rehabilitasyon veya profesyonel tıbbi tavsiye sağlamaz. Herhangi bir egzersiz, tempolu yürüyüş veya fiziksel aktivite programına başlamadan önce ya da sağlığınızla ilgili karar almadan önce **mutlaka yetkili bir uzmana/hekime (doktora) danışınız**. Fiziksel aktivite esnasında oluşabilecek yaralanma, sakatlık veya sağlık sorunlarında geliştirici/ONK ekibi hiçbir hukuki veya cezai sorumluluk kabul etmez. Acil durumlarda uygulamaya güvenmeyiniz, derhal 112 veya en yakın tıbbi kuruluşa başvurunuz.

3. Lisans

Sana ONK'u kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı, devredilemez bir lisans verilir. Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, kopyalamamayı veya yeniden dağıtmamayı kabul edersin.

4. Sağlık Verisi ve Doğruluk

İçgörüler cihazının sensörlerinden ve HealthKit verisinden hesaplanır; bunlar tahmini olabilir ve kesinlik garanti edilmez. Sensör verisi eksik/yanlış olabilir. ONK'u tıbbi ölçüm aracı olarak kullanma.

5. Senin Sorumlulukların

Fiziksel aktiviteye başlamadan önce sağlık durumunu göz önünde bulundur.
Uygulamayı yürürken güvenliğini riske atacak şekilde kullanma.
Verilerinin yedeği için iCloud senkronunu veya CSV dışa aktarmayı kullanabilirsin.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

ONK, tasarımı, logosu ve içeriği geliştiriciye aittir ve telif/ticari-marka yasalarıyla korunur. İzinsiz kullanılamaz.

7. Garanti Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olduğuna dair açık ya da örtük garanti verilmez.

8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, ONK'un kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.

9. Ücretlendirme

Fiyatlandırma detayları ONK App Store'a çıkmadan önce duyurulacaktır. İleride bazı özellikler için ücretlendirme sunulması halinde satın alma öncesinde açıkça bilgilendirilirsin. Ödemeler App Store üzerinden Apple tarafından işlenir.

10. Değişiklikler ve Sonlandırma

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel tarih bu sayfada görünür. Koşulları ihlal edersen lisansın sona erebilir. Uygulamayı istediğin an silerek kullanımı sonlandırabilirsin.

11. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

1. Acceptance

By downloading and using the ONK app you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Purpose of the App & Medical Disclaimer

ONK is a general wellness companion that gently supports you with walking, aerobic activity, Zone 2 heart-rate zones and posture. It visualises your data and offers statistical insights.

⚠️ MANDATORY MEDICAL NOTICE AND ADVICE TO CONSULT A PHYSICIAN: ONK is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or treatment tool. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or professional medical advice. Before starting any exercise, brisk walking, or physical activity programme, and before making any decision about your health, be sure to consult a qualified professional/physician. The developer/ONK team accepts no legal or criminal liability for injury, disability, or health problems that may occur during physical activity. Do not rely on the app in an emergency; contact 112 or your nearest medical facility immediately.

3. Licence

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use ONK for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app.

4. Health Data and Accuracy

Insights are calculated from your device's sensors and HealthKit data; these may be estimates and accuracy is not guaranteed. Sensor data can be missing or incorrect. Do not use ONK as a medical measurement instrument.

5. Your Responsibilities

Consider your health condition before starting physical activity.
Do not use the app while walking in a way that puts your safety at risk.
You may use iCloud sync or CSV export to back up your data.

6. Intellectual Property

ONK, its design, its logo and its content belong to the developer and are protected by copyright and trademark law. They may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided “as is”. No express or implied warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of ONK.

9. Pricing

Pricing details will be announced before ONK launches on the App Store. Should a charge be introduced for certain features in the future, you will be clearly informed before any purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms; the current date appears on this page. If you breach the terms, your licence may end. You can end your use at any time by deleting the app.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
