Gizlilik Politikası

ONK, gizliliği bir özellik değil temel tasarım olarak görür. Verin cihazında kalır; hesap yok, sunucumuz yok, izleme yok.

1. Kısa Özet

ONK, yürüyüş ve sağlık verilerini yalnızca senin cihazında işler. Verilerini toplamayız, satmayız, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız. Bize ait bir sunucu yoktur.

2. Hangi Verilere Erişiriz

Uygulama, sen izin verdiğinde şu verilere cihaz üzerinde erişir:

• Sağlık verileri (HealthKit): adım, egzersiz/ayakta kalma, enerji ve yürüme; nabız, HRV, efor ve toparlanma; uyku, solunum, sıcaklık, VO₂max ve oksijen; altı dakika yürüme, merdiven ve yürüme biyomekaniği; gün ışığı, ses maruziyeti, farkındalık ve duygu durumu. İçgörüler için okunur; ONK yürüyüş antrenmanı yazabilir.
• Hareket ve fitness (CoreMotion): adım/kadans ile AirPods baş duruşu, dikey baş salınımı ve yanal salınım dengesi. Gait özeti yalnız yürüme/koşmada üretilir ve klinik ayak darbesi/simetri ölçümü değildir.
• Boy / doğum tarihi / biyolojik cinsiyet: kişisel adım eşiğini ve kardiyo-yaş içgörüsünü hesaplamak için (izin verirsen).

HealthKit izni kullanım anında kademeli istenir: temel veriler onboarding'de, fizyoloji/uyku Trendler'de, ileri yürüme ve çevre verileri İçgörüler'de. iOS her zaman senden açık izin ister ve izni istediğin an Ayarlar > Gizlilik > Sağlık'tan geri alabilirsin.

3. Verilerini Nasıl Kullanırız

Yalnızca sana göstermek ve içgörülerini cihazında hesaplamak için. Türev metrikler (trend, hazırlık, rozetler) cihaz-içi hesaplanır. Hiçbir veri cihazdan çıkmaz — aşağıdaki iCloud istisnası hariç.

4. Depolama ve iCloud (Opt-in)

Verilerin cihazında SwiftData ile saklanır. İstersen opt-in iCloud senkronunu açabilirsin — o zaman verilerin yalnızca senin iCloud özel veritabanına (Apple CloudKit, private database) gider. Bu senkron varsayılan olarak kapalıdır; açtığında bile veri yalnızca senin Apple hesabındadır, biz erişemeyiz. Kapatmak için: Ayarlar > iCloud Senkronizasyonu.

5. Paylaşım — Yok

Uygulama üçüncü-taraf SDK, reklam ağı veya analitik içermez. Verilerini kimseyle paylaşmaz, satmaz, reklam için kullanmaz. Bize ait bir sunucu veya arka uç yoktur. (Bu madde uygulamayı kapsar; bu web sitesinin analitiği için bkz. madde 6.)

6. Web Sitesi Analitiği ve Çerezler

Uygulamada hiçbir analitik yoktur (madde 5). Bu web sitesi ise — yalnızca sen açıkça onay verirsen — Google Analytics 4 (ölçüm kimliği G-JWTMSB7MZH) kullanır. Onay vermezsen analitik betiği hiç yüklenmez ve hiçbir analitik çerezi yazılmaz.

• Onaydan sonra ne toplanır: ziyaret edilen sayfa, ülke/şehir düzeyinde yaklaşık konum (IP anonimleştirilerek), cihaz/tarayıcı türü, sayfada geçirilen süre, kaydırma derinliği, dil tercihi ve dış bağlantı tıklamaları.
• Ne toplanmaz: adın, e-postan, sağlık verilerin. Uygulamadaki hiçbir veri bu siteyle paylaşılmaz — ikisi tamamen ayrıdır.
• Çerezler: Google Analytics _ga / _ga_* çerezlerini kullanır (azami saklama 2 yıl). Ayrıca dil tercihini hatırlamak için tarayıcının localStorage'ında onk-lang anahtarı tutulur; bu analitik çerezi değildir, onay gerektirmez ve site dışına çıkmaz.
• Hukuki dayanak: KVKK m.5/1 ve GDPR m.6(1)(a) — açık rıza. Onay vermemek sitenin hiçbir özelliğini kısıtlamaz.
• Onayını geri alma: sayfanın altındaki “Çerez tercihleri” bağlantısına tıkla — tercihin sıfırlanır ve analitik bir daha yüklenmez. Tarayıcı çerezlerini/site verisini silmek de aynı etkiyi yaratır.

7. Hesap ve Kimlik

ONK'ta hesap yoktur. Kayıt olmazsın, e-posta/telefon vermezsin. Seni tanımlayan bir kimlik toplamayız.

8. Konum

ONK konum (GPS) kullanmaz.

9. Bildirimler

İzin verirsen nazik hatırlatıcılar gönderilir; bunlar cihazında yerel olarak zamanlanır (uzaktan push yok). İstediğin an kapatabilirsin.

10. Verilerini Silme ve Dışa Aktarma

• Uygulamayı silmek cihazdaki tüm ONK verilerini kaldırır.
• iCloud senkronu açıksa, iCloud verisini Apple Kimliği ayarlarından yönetebilirsin.
• Verilerini CSV olarak dışa aktarabilir ve geri içe aktarabilirsin (Ayarlar).

11. Çocuklar

ONK 13 yaşından küçük çocukların kişisel verilerini bilerek toplamaz. Zaten hiçbir veri toplamayız.

12. Tıbbi ve Sağlık Sorumluluk Reddi (Medical Disclaimer)

ONK bir tıbbi cihaz veya tanı aracı değildir. Uygulama içerisindeki tüm veriler genel iyi-yaşam (wellness) amaçlıdır. Herhangi bir egzersiz veya yürüyüş programına başlamadan önce mutlaka yetkili bir uzmana/hekime (doktora) danışınız. Geliştirici/ONK ekibi sağlıkla ilgili doğabilecek sorunlardan hiçbir şekilde sorumlu tutulamaz.

13. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi yenileriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde bildirmeye çalışırız.

ONK treats privacy as foundational design, not a feature. Your data stays on your device; no account, no server of ours, no tracking.

1. Short Summary

ONK processes your walking and health data only on your own device. We do not collect, sell, or share your data with third parties. We operate no server.

2. What Data We Access

With your permission, the app accesses the following on the device:

• Health data (HealthKit): steps, exercise/stand time, energy and walking; heart rate, HRV, effort and recovery; sleep, respiration, temperature, VO₂max and oxygen; six-minute walk, stairs and walking biomechanics; daylight, audio exposure, mindfulness and state of mind. Read for insights; ONK may write walking workouts.
• Motion and fitness (CoreMotion): steps/cadence plus AirPods head posture, vertical head oscillation and lateral oscillation balance. Gait summaries run only while walking/running and are not clinical foot-impact or symmetry measurements.
• Height / date of birth / biological sex: to compute your personal step threshold and cardio-age insight (if you allow it).

HealthKit access is requested progressively: core data in onboarding, physiology/sleep in Trends, and advanced walking/environmental data in Insights. iOS always asks for your explicit permission, and you can revoke it at any moment from Settings > Privacy > Health.

3. How We Use Your Data

Only to show it to you and to compute your insights on your device. Derived metrics (trends, readiness, badges) are calculated on-device. No data leaves the device — except the iCloud case below.

4. Storage and iCloud (Opt-in)

Your data is stored on your device with SwiftData. If you want, you can enable opt-in iCloud sync — in that case your data goes only to your own iCloud private database (Apple CloudKit, private database). This sync is off by default; even when enabled, the data lives only in your Apple account and we cannot access it. To turn it off: Settings > iCloud Sync.

5. Sharing — None

The app contains no third-party SDK, ad network, or analytics. It does not share, sell, or use your data for advertising. We have no server or backend. (This clause covers the app; for the analytics of this website, see clause 6.)

6. Website Analytics and Cookies

There is no analytics whatsoever in the app (clause 5). This website, on the other hand — only if you explicitly consent — uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-JWTMSB7MZH). If you do not consent, the analytics script is never loaded and no analytics cookie is written.

• What is collected after consent: pages visited, approximate location at country/city level (with IP anonymised), device/browser type, time spent on the page, scroll depth, language preference, and outbound link clicks.
• What is not collected: your name, your e-mail, your health data. No data from the app is shared with this site — the two are entirely separate.
• Cookies: Google Analytics uses _ga / _ga_* cookies (maximum retention 2 years). In addition, the key onk-lang is kept in your browser's localStorage to remember your language preference; this is not an analytics cookie, requires no consent, and never leaves the site.
• Legal basis: KVKK art. 5/1 and GDPR art. 6(1)(a) — explicit consent. Declining does not restrict any feature of the site.
• Withdrawing consent: click the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page — your preference is reset and analytics is never loaded again. Clearing your browser cookies/site data has the same effect.

7. Account and Identity

There is no account in ONK. You do not register, and you provide no e-mail or phone number. We collect no identifier that identifies you.

8. Location

ONK does not use location (GPS).

9. Notifications

If you allow them, gentle reminders are sent; these are scheduled locally on your device (no remote push). You can turn them off at any time.

10. Deleting and Exporting Your Data

• Deleting the app removes all ONK data from the device.
• If iCloud sync is on, you can manage the iCloud data from your Apple ID settings.
• You can export your data as CSV and import it back (Settings).

11. Children

ONK does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. We collect no data at all in any case.

12. Medical and Health Disclaimer

ONK is not a medical device or diagnostic tool. All data within the app is intended for general wellness purposes. Before starting any exercise or walking programme, be sure to consult a qualified professional/physician. The developer/ONK team cannot be held responsible in any way for health-related problems that may arise.

13. Changes

If we update this policy, we will refresh the date on this page. We will try to announce significant changes inside the app.
