Every step counts. Your pace tells another story.
Alongside total steps, ONK shows continuous walks above a height-based cadence threshold. The threshold is a practical estimate, not a medical measurement.
Your sensors, on one gentle screen.
Phone and watch count together; no double-counting, data never goes backward.
Brisk Walking & Aerobic Steps
ONK separately classifies continuous walking minutes above your cadence threshold; results are not a measurement of your personal aerobic threshold.
Posture Awareness with AirPods
ONK uses AirPods sensor data to estimate changes in head tilt and can remind you above a chosen threshold; it does not diagnose or correct posture.
Apple Watch
Live cadence from your wrist, cadence-matched Taptic, and Infograph/Modular complications, even with your phone in your pocket.
Real Insights
Stair speed, balance, heart-rate recovery, daylight: all from your own HealthKit data, on your device.
No Pressure
Compassion Shield covers the day you miss — no guilt. Quiet hours, no red alarms. The app breathes with you.
Without Reaching for Your Phone
“Hey Siri, how many steps today?” · Live achievement rings on Lock and Home Screen · share your day as cards that shame no one.
The screen colors with your state.
Calm indigo at rest, cyan while walking, green in flow — color is information, not pressure.
AirPods Head Pitch & Live Flow Screen
Simulate your head tilt angle (pitch) while walking and see how the screen and posture alerts react:
Calculate Your Aerobic Cadence & Zone 2 Heart Rate
Estimate your height-personalized cadence threshold and your age-based Zone 2 heart-rate range (Tanaka formula). This is an estimated starting point, not a medical measurement.
On a real walk, not every minute stays above the threshold: you slow down, wait at lights, climb a hill. So your actual count sits below this ceiling. ONK measures which minutes truly counted. See your own count with ONK
Your data stays in your control.
No account, no third-party SDK, no ads. iCloud sync is opt-in — even then your data goes only to your own iCloud. We have no server.
🔒 Data is processed on your device by default. If you enable sync, it goes only to your private iCloud.
Why does it feel different?
An approach that respects your natural pace without pressure or guilt. Three examples of how ONK can support a walk:
Seeing total and brisk steps separately may reduce the pressure to chase a single daily number.
An AirPods reminder when head tilt changes can help you notice your posture during a walk.
Compassion Shield supports consistency without presenting a rest day as failure.
What people ask before installing.
You're on the TestFlight beta right now: joining costs nothing and every feature in the beta is open. App Store pricing will be announced on this page before launch.
ONK uses head-tilt data from AirPods Pro or Max sensors to estimate posture changes. It can send a gentle reminder above your chosen threshold; this is not a medical measurement.
Yes. With your iPhone in your pocket, ONK uses step and cadence data to estimate brisk steps. Sensor results can vary with how you carry the phone; Apple Watch and AirPods are optional.
When you miss a day, need rest, or feel unwell, your streak is protected. ONK recognizes recovery as an essential part of health and never induces guilt.
Health data is processed on your device by default. If you enable optional sync, records go only to your private iCloud; ONK has no server or account. The app contains no third-party tracking SDK.
ONK requires an iPhone 12 or newer running iOS 26+. Apple Watch integration requires an Apple Watch Series 9 or newer running watchOS 26+. AirPods posture coaching requires AirPods Pro (1st or 2nd gen) or AirPods Max.
